Refunds & Returns Policy
Partridge Blooms prides itself on providing a quality product and service to its customers.
We create a number of bespoke pieces for customers, which are designed in conjunction with you. These are non returnable and non refundable.
Damaged Goods
Should items arrived damaged, please contact us in the first instance via email to partridgeblooms@gmail.com within 24h of receiving your package. Please send a description of the damage, along with photographic evidence. We will aim to rectify the problem and arrange a replacement in the first instance.
Refunding Goods
Partridge Blooms will aim to reach a positive resolution for customers and try to understand why you no longer want the item. Should you wish to return to us, you (the buyer) is responsible to return your goods to us, in the same condition they were received. The buyer is responsible for return postage and information on a return address will be provided, on receipt of a return request to partridgeblooms@gmail.com
Refunds will be processed once goods have been returned to Partridge Blooms and inspected to ensure they are in a condition which they can be resold.
